Repeated failed or refused deliveries may affect our ability to accept future COD orders from the same customer.

If you need to cancel an order, contact Rawan as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our applicable return or exchange procedure.
